Employer Branding & HR Project Specialist

Our Brussels office employs 75 lawyers and 30 support staff. To reinforce our HR team, we are looking for an HR Officer.

Together with your HR colleagues, you will act as first point of contact towards our staff and lawyers, and you will be responsible for supporting HR in our Brussels office.

Your responsibilities

  • Elaborate initiatives to strengthen the position as attractive law firm to work.
  • Manage the firm’s image as an employer both off- and on-the-page, creating website content, generate campaigns on Instagram and LinkedIn.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities, recruitment agencies and other external stakeholders.
  • Organise job fairs and coordinate other campus recruitment events.
  • Follow-up on recruitment needs and take action to ensure a qualitative hiring.
  • Manage the recruitment processes together with your HR colleagues (screening incoming resumes, keep track of interviews and follow-up for feedback on timely basis).
  • Be responsible for the maintenance and further configuration of the Applicant Tracking System (Bullhorn).
  • Work closely together with the HR colleagues from the Netherlands and Luxembourg.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR management or equivalent by experience
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in an HR department
  • Dutch speaking with a good command of English and French
  • Excellent skills in MS Office
  • Strong affinity with technology, having already managed a website and implemented an ATS is a plus
  • Organisational skills allowing you to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Very good communication skills
  • Confidentiality, accuracy, self-motivation, drive and integrity are very important for you
