We are seeking a marketing professional with proficiency in both written and verbal communication, in multiple languages (English, Dutch and French).
You will join an international Business development, Marketing and Communication team (BMC) present in our Belgian, Netherlands and Luxembourg home jurisdictions as well as in our London and New York offices.
You will report to the Business Development Manager in Brussels. You will play an important role in supporting our firm’s business development initiatives in Belgium, from an operational perspective.
Your responsibilities
As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a key all-round role in the BMC department, providing operational support across all tasks, including:- Support the team with data management tasks, such as updating and maintaining databases (e.g., databases containing our legal submissions and pitches, our CRM InterAction, client listings).
- Write day-to-day communication on our intranet, but also draft routine website content and marketing materials.
- Assist the Business Development Manager with daily operational tasks to ensure smooth workflows within the department.
- Provide general operational support across business needs of the BMC department.
- Organise photoshoots and video shoots for the firm.
- Assist the Event Coordinator in the organisation of events.
You are
A self-reliant person and a team player who likes to work in a proactive environment. You have:- A degree in communication, office management or equivalent experience
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, Dutch and French
- Practical experience with a CRM is a plus
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently A creative and flexible approach to problem-solving
- Strong IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, …)
- A “can do” and team player attitude.
- You proactively reach out to your colleagues to make things happen.
